She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Penn and Margie L. Penn (Bowen); her grandchildren, Amy and Brian; and her brother Jack Penn.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lee Lovell; her daughters, Brenda Kettle of Pekin and Carol Stanard (Mike) of Pekin; her grandchildren, Cynthia Tjarks of Chillicothe, David Parmelee of Pekin, Danielle Kettle of Pekin, Sara Stanard of Wisconsin and Jeffrey Stanard of Colorado; her great grandchildren, Jacie, Orrin, Lila, Grant and Olivia; and her sister Billie Roberts (Harold) of East Peoria.
