She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson R. Clinebell and Marie E. Clinebell (Voss); her son Richard D. Parr; and her siblings, Lois Clinebell, Norval Clinebell, Virgil Clinebell and Eldon Clinebell.
She is survived by: her husband William R. Parr; her daughters, Bonnie Thompson of Pekin and Katherine Manz (Richard) of Pekin; her grandchildren, Sheila, Lisa, Christy, Laura, Gary, Carrie and Jon; and her sisters, Carol Gordon (Alan) of Walsenburg and Linda Lipsey (Ron) of Pekin. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
