As Karl departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Karl may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Karl leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Cooper and Luella B. Cooper (Zweihbormer); and his spouse Celestia F. Seelye. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Derek D. Kleckner of Pekin, Aaron M. Kleckner of Pekin, Celena Sisk of Pekin and Nellie Hall of Pekin; and his brother Joseph Cooper of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
