He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Petri Sr. and Emmaline Petri (Engle); his brother Darolde Petri; and his sister-in-law Betty Petri. He is survived by: his wife Karleen Jagla of Pekin; his children, James Petri (Mark) of Long Beach, David Petri (Jenny) of Seminole, Florida, Janet Martin (Jacob) of Pekin and Diane Cook (Randy) of Channahon, Illinois; his grandchildren, Blake Martin (Ashley), Renee Forkner (Garrett), Beth Vandell (Trevor), Bryan Cook (Ali) and Declyn Petri; his great grandchildren, Michael Forkner, Greyson, Emma, Wyatt, Theo Martin, Everly Cook, Layla and Lexie Wenckowski; and his sister Joy Gilliland (David) of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
