He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Lyle Miller and Beatrice V. Miller (Arnold); and his sister Linda Cagle. He is survived by: his wife Freda V. Tharp; his children, Jeff Miller (Cindy) of Pekin and Jennifer Vogel (Mark) of King George, Virginia; his grandchildren, Jordan Miller of Pekin, Jalyn Miller of Pekin, Dianna Vogel-Boye'r (Chris) of Philadelphia and Monica Barth (Andrew) of Solomons; and his sister Marilyn Hunt of Farmington.
