He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fuller, Sr. and Linda Fuller (Williams); and his sister Alise Felles. He is survived by: his children, Emily, Stacy, Michael, Mark Jr., Owen and Destiny; his grandchildren, Ricky, III and Kaytlynn; his siblings, Paul Fuller, Jr., James Fuller (Dena) of Pekin, IL., Carol Williford (Jacob) of Beaumont, Tracy Huskisson of Pekin, IL., Mary Brasher, Kristina Gassama (Boulaye) and Maggie Trimble (Dan) of Ottumwa, Iowa.; and his aunt Sharon Conner of Ottumwa, Iowa.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
