It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Carl of Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Gleason and Mary Louise Gleason (Scruggs). She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Beccue (Glenn) of Normal, Amy Wilson of Wilmette, Lisa Proctor (Tony) of Peoria and Mary Carl O'Connor of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Alicia Hernandez (Arnold), Adam Beccue (Kristen), Taylor Beccue, Abigail, Nicholas Wilson, Camryn Proctor, Edward Bridges-O'Connor, Claudia and Elle O'Connor; her great grandchildren, Makayla, Chase Grimes, Bella, Jack Beccue, Leti, Mateo and Andrés Hernandez; and her brother John Gleason of Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 1315 Court Street, Pekin, IL 61554 and the Cunningham Children's Home, 1301 North Cunningham Avenue, Urbana, IL 61802.
