It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Kathryn Johnson of Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on November 27, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond McDaniels and Roxana McDaniels (Lingafelter); her husband James Charles Johnson; her son Roger Johnson (Deborah) of Pekin; her grandsons, Matthew Johnson (Jennifer) of Pekin and Nicholas Johnson (Kelli) of Pekin; her great grandchild Sonya Johnson of Pekin; and her siblings, Eugene McDaniels and Adeline Weyhrich. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
