Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Phyllis Jean Skaggs of Pekin, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 87, on January 15, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Glen H. Williams and Anna C. Williams (Gosnell); her son Edward H. Skaggs, Jr.; her children-in-law, Terry Lane, Sr. and Sylvia Skaggs; and her siblings, William Brooks, Cloryne Tucker and Alyne Tucker.

She is survived by : her children, Eric Skaggs of Cocoa, Mark Skaggs (Kathleen) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Deborah Norton of Pekin and Glenna Lane of Pekin; and also Gail Miller (Ivan, Jr.) of Pekin. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
