She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Blackburn and Clara Blackburn; and her son Terry Green. She is survived by: her husband Jim Mangan; her children, Ty of Pekin, Angela Alband of Tremont and Jody Magstadt (Chad) of Bartonville; her sister Janis Hauptly of Peoria; her grandchildren, Kylee, Logan Green of Plainfield, David Alband, Alanna and Aidan Magstadt; her niece Sharon Fugman (Joel) of Peoria; and her nephews, Mark Hauptly and David Hauptly (Debbie).
