He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Oscar and Pearl Marie Jarvis (Deyo). He is survived by: his children, Richard Eugene Sigler-Jarvis (Mike) of Palm Harbor, FL and Pamela Jean Woolsey (Curt) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Eugene "Geno" Woolsey (Laurie) and Tisha Daniels (Jeremy Harms); his great grandchildren, Addisen, Alexis, Miles, Lillian, Erin and Aiden; and his sister Delores Schinlieber.

Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran School, 3201 Court St, Pekin, IL.
