We announce the death of Robert Keith Ford of Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on July 27, 2026, at the age of 83. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Ford and Doris Irene Ford (Wissler); and his brothers, Nicholas Ford and Russell Ford. He is survived by: his former wife Linda L. Streitmatter; his children, Jodie Privett (Joe) of Morton, Tami Hagenauer of Brentwood, Tennessee and Robert Paul Ford (Jennifer) of Peoria Heights; his stepsons, Robert Martindale (Danielle) of North Pekin and Patrick Martindale (Lori) of Des Moines, Iowa; his grandchildren, Alexandra, J. Cameron (Marissa), Evan Privett, Tyler, Max Hagenauer, Robert Brycen Ford and Anthony Wakeland (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Daniel, Deacon Privett, Gentry, Miranda Wakeland and Kayson Martindale; and his siblings, Teddy Ford, Linda Harms (Bob) and Rebekah Tomlin (Richard).
