He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry John and Clara Phyliss Garman (Garlish); and his brother Kenneth A. Garman. He is survived by: his wife Vicki of Pekin; his daughters, Stacey Melloy (George) of Pekin and Monica Arseneau (Chad) of Pekin; and his grandchildren, Isaac Arseneau (Samantha), Colin Melloy (Natasha), Elijah Melloy, Paige VanEtten (Taggart) and Sarah Arseneau.
