He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer M. Garrison and Amy Pearl Garrison (Scott); his wife Gloria Tucker; his son Terry Garrison; his great grandchildren, Chase Rhodes and Hayley Garrison; his daughter-in-law Cathy Garrison; and his siblings, Herb, Donald Garrison and Edna Yeakel.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Miller (Ivan) of Pekin, Judeena Rhodes (Ronald) of Pekin and Richard Garrison of Pekin; and his grandchildren, Ivan Miller (Buddy), Sarah Cummins (Chris), Ronald Rhodes (Jen), Richard Garrison, Jr., Stephen Garrison (Lesa), Elizabeth Sharp, Chelsea Garrison, Terry Garrison (Veronica) and Tyler Garrison.
