As Russell departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Russell may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Russell leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roy and Shirley Ann Rindfleisch Pulliam; and his brothers, Gary Alan Pulliam and David Paul Pulliam. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Kay Scott (Gary), Debra Sue Lash, William Ralph Pulliam, Cheryl Jegier (Mike), Carrie Elizabeth Mahr (Matt) and Kevin Michael Pulliam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
