She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hurt and Dorothy Meyer Hurt; and her husband Luther "Vern" Vernon Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Lewis (Ann Marie), Zachary Rynerson (Jen) and Holly Durm (Nick); her grandchildren, Aryan, Toney, Allie Beth, Amara, Eleanor, Benjamin and Avery; and her siblings, Sharon Hanson, William Hurt (Janet) and Karen McKean (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
