He was predeceased by : his parents, William Basco and Julie Basco (Ziemba); his wife Judith Marie Waskowski; and his daughters, Meredith E'Cole Basco and Angel Noel Basco.

He is survived by : his daughters, Brigette Sullivan (Dan) of Pekin and Korissa Burns (John) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Zachary Sullivan, Carter Sullivan, Braden Sullivan, E'Cole Mucciante, Logan Mucciante, Gavin Burns and Drake Burns; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Waskowski of Pekin and Joyce Waskowski of Sun Lakes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
