As Vinetta departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Vinetta may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Vinetta leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse M. Tipton and Juanita Tipton (Forbes); her husband Gerald "Jerry" Hall; her son Glenn Hall; and her sister Helen Voege.
She is survived by: her children, Vance Hall of Pekin, Jay Hall (Donna) of Pekin and Dianne Shrier (Mike) of Carlock, IL; her daughter-in-law Mary Hall of Salem, MO; and her brother Jesse Tipton of Decatur, IL.. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren.
