It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Eugene Derry of Pekin, Illinois, born in Bushnell, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepbrother Harry S. Truman. He is survived by: his son Rodney Derry (Kathy); his grandsons, Nathan James Derry and Joseph William Derry (Lindsey); his great grandchild Taylor Derry; his siblings, Marsha Flynn, Sandy Meinhart, Janet Root, Bobby Derry and Brant Weile; and his friend Randy Smith of Galva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
