She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Keigley and Ruth Keigley; and her husband James B. Swayne. She is survived by: her children, Dean McDonald (Kristine) of Muncie, IN and Dawn Mannino of Morton, IL. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one niece.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wilton Mortuary (2101 Knoxville Ave, Peoria, IL 61603).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Gail's name may be made to TAPS No-Kill Animal Shelter (100 TAPS Lane, Pekin, IL 61554).
