With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Eugene Willis of Peoria Heights, Illinois, who passed away on May 12, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Eugene and Beatrice Willis (Venancio); and his brothers, Larry Venancio and David Willis. He is survived by: his children, Rick Crum, Marie Arrowood, Dustin Willis and Timothy Willis; his grandchildren, Eliah Willis and Kaitlyn Crum; his brother Steve Willis (Julie); his pet Pete; and his brother-in-law Tony Klockenga.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to an animal shelter of the donor's choice.
