He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fragel and Zona Cullison Fragel; his parents-in-law, Robert J. Ludolph Sr. and Shirley Ludolph; and his brothers-in-law, Glen and Dale Ludolph.
He is survived by: his sons, Cody Fragel of Glasford, Noah Fragel of Peoria Heights and Grant Ledbetter (Patty) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Adrian, Lilyana, Delainey and Kian; his sister Suzie Larson (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Ludolph, David Ludolph, Robert J. Ludolph Jr., Roger Ludolph (Haley), Joshua Ludolph (Melanie), Rose Ludolph, Margaret Herman (Mark) and Theresa Driscoll (Donnie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
