He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lockhart and Rosemary Heminger Lockhart. He is survived by: his son Joshua Lockhart of Galesburg, Illinois; and his brothers, Allan Oglesby (Laurie) of Chillicothe, Illinois, Tyson Lockhart (Lisa) of Trivoli, Illinois and Robert Lockhart (Julie) of Princeville. He is also survived by three nieces.
