He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander McIntosh and Maude Calhoun McIntosh Sr.; and his siblings, Donald, Ken and Joan.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa McElwain; and his children, Deborah Schulz (Robert) of Peoria, Alexander McIntosh (Patricia) of St. Charles, MO and James McIntosh (Amy) of Littleton, CO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Legion Post 2.
