With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur S. Oakford of Peoria, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Little Oakford; and his daughters, Kitty Miller, Susan Champion and Lynne Anderson. He is survived by: his daughter Betsy Hamilton (Tom) of Mesa, AZ; his siblings, Dick Oakford (Carmen) of Peoria, IL and Mary Jo Smith of Phoenix, AZ; and his sons-in-law, Steve Anderson and Mike Champion of Illinois. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
