She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollyn Comstock and Fern Comstock (Tucker); her former husband Howard Monroe; her daughter Laura Monroe Bellfield; her grandson Johnny Clutters; and her siblings, Everad Comstock, Rollyn (Comstock) and Betty Comstock Burwell.
She is survived by: her children, Howard McKinley Monroe and Cathy Monroe Bandeko. She is also survived by five grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lutheran Hillside Village Benevolent Fund or Rett Foundation in honor of her great-great-granddaughter, Josie Roberts.
