She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Westart and Lois Westart (Overend); and her siblings, Robert, John, Dan Westart, Mary and Martha Westart.

She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Schwindenhammer of West Peoria and James B. Linehan (Jennifer) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Alec (Ana), Patrick (Rachael) and Ellie; and her siblings, Rose Scroggins of Dallas, Texas and Mark Westart of Hamilton, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to PCAPS.
