She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Thomas Siders and Verna Clemons; and her children, Ricky Blaine, Jr., Debra Lynn Gillinger, Brenda Lee Blaine and Carla Kay Hirst.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Missy, Brian, Brandy, Jeremy, Jacob, Kayla, Christopher, Kim and Little John; and her son-in-law Jimmy Gillinger. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
