She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Farrell and Anne Farrell (Head); her husband Alvin R Matheny of Peter's Lutheran Church; and her daughter Kathy Sills (Kevin). She is survived by: her children, Ken Matheny (Ann) of Peoria, Mike Matheny (Linda) of Clarksville, MO, Mary Ann Seelye (Ron) of St Peters, MO, Mark Matheny of Creve Coeur, Karen Burkitt (Joe) of Edwards and Dr. Kristy Papis (Ed) of Washington. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School.
