She is survived by: her husband Otis Irby; her children, Otis Irby Jr. of Peoria, IL., Tesa Irby of Peoria, IL., Dion Irby of Peoria, IL., Lisa Irby of Peoria, IL. and Myles Irby of Peoria, IL.; her sisters, Barbara Jean Tennon of Peoria, IL. and Violet Tennon of Peoria, IL.; her grandchildren, Shuntia Rutherford, Chenese Irby, Autumn Chaplin, Tadaija Irby, Ronnie Common, Evan Common and Janaysia Irby; and also McEldowney. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
