He is survived by: his wife Ruth Johnson of Peoria, IL; his children, Carl Johnson of Pekin, IL, Douglas Johnson (Roxy) of Dubuque, IA, Phyllis Johnson of Iowa City, IA and Patricia Otero (Rob) of Olympia, WA; his grandchildren, Hailie, Seth, Kate, Wyatt and Derek; and his daughter-in-law Patti Winter of Atascocita, TX. He is also survived by five nieces & nephews.
