It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Lawrence Proctor of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Carl Elmer Proctor and Jeanne Isabelle Proctor (Smith). He is survived by: his sisters, Carla Proctor-Clifford of Peoria and Pamela Proctor of Peoria Heights, Illinois.
