She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Jones and Frank Jones; her husband Howard Gossmeyer; and her son Howard Gossmeyer Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Shelly Nelson (Gossmeyer) of North Carolina, Steven Gossmeyer of Peoria Heights and Ramona Bartholomew (Gossmeyer) of Peoria Heights; her grandchildren, Dawn, Jodi, Tiffanie, Butch, Donny, John, Poppy, Gabe and Stephen; her nieces, Mary, Debbie, Bonnie and Jona; and her sister Effie White of Low Point, IL.. She is also survived by greatgrandchildren, great-greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wright & Salmon Mortuary (2416 North North Street, Peoria, IL 61604). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pentecostals Church in Peoria, IL, 3510 W Malone St, Peoria, IL, 61605.
