She is survived by: her children, Victoria Wolstenholme-Mullins (James Mullins), Mary Wolstenholme and Robert Wolstenholme (Sherilyn LaRose-Wolstenholme); her granddaughters, Marina Moore and Kayla Rose; and her great grandchildren, Cullen Rose, Camille Howard and Rowan Howard.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
