She was predeceased by : her parents, Katie Lee Lobdell and Frank Haynes. She is survived by : her husband Dallas L. Williams Sr.; her granddaughters, Shania, Dalaisha and Shaleacia Williams; her children, Dallas L. Williams III of Peoria, Winell Sankey of Peoria, Stephanie Irving of Peoria and Kara Williams of Peoria; her brothers, William C. Lobdell of Peoria and Rev. Wade Thorton of Peoria; her daughter Deneen Wyatt; and her brothers, Felix Lobdell, Rev J. T. Lobdell and Willie Lee Lobdell. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Immediately following services family and friends will process to Camp Butler Cemetery to lay Charlene to rest at 12:00 p.m. Graveside service at Camp Butler will be held at 2:00 p.m. Flowers, donations, and condolences may be offered at T.W. Parks Colonial Chapel.
