Charles Biggins Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Biggins and Mary Ellen Biggins (Atkins); his wife Laureen Hibser; his daughters, Laurie Schaefer (Jim) of Allen and Lynne Egan (John) of Danville, California.; his grandsons, Charles "CJ" Egan (Jordan) of San Diego, Kyle Egan, Jim Schaefer of Austin and Nick Schaefer of Lakewood, Colorado; and his great grandchild Grayson Egan.
