He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Whitey" Whitehead and Bertie Whitehead (Broadstone); and his brother William "Dick" Whitehead, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Whitehead; his children, Chad Whitehead (Jennifer), Robyn Bowling (Tracy) and Sabrina Bishop (Richard); and his grandchildren, Emma (Matt), Ethan (Reagan), Tristan, Terron, Isaiah, Elijah, Cody, Maddyson, Avery and Oliver. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
