She was predeceased by: her pet Little Man; her significant other Dave Coleman; her parents, Vivian Cook and Charles Cook; her siblings, Charles Cook, Harold Cook, Vivian Frye, Rebecca Cook and Mary Soler; her niece Lisa Cook; her great-niece Brittany Durst; and her nephews, Jason Cook, Jeff Cook and Christopher Cook.
She is survived by: her daughter Amber Whetstine (Joseph); her grandchildren, Savannah Monroe (Daniel), Bobby Morgan (Calie Gallagher), Kyndall Steele, Kaleb Whetstine and Zander Whetstine; and her brothers, Darryl Steele, John Cook (Marlene) and Tom Cook (Pam). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
