Nowakowski and Janice Nowakowski (Szczepaniak) of Peru; his fiancée Virginia McCormick of Peoria; his children, Alexis Nowakowski (Cody) of Carbondale, Christopher James Nowakowski (Leslie) of Carbondale, Taylor Elizabeth Nowakowski (Owen) of Wyanet and Michael Richard Nowakowski of Spring Valley; and his brother Rev. Mark Nowakowski (Julie) of Peru. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
