He was predeceased by: his niece Avery Getz; and his grandparents, Richard "Dick", Joyce Getz of Peoria, John and Linda Salm of Peoria.
He is survived by: his daughters, Isabella and Kerrigan; his parents, Joy Godinez (Mike) of East Peoria and Galen Salm (Karen) of Peoria; his siblings, Cory Bush (Ipek) of Washington, Casey Getz of Peoria, Amanda Stuart of Bartonville and Samantha Long (Jon) of Bartonville; and his cousins, Amy and Michelle Blackmore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mason-White Funeral Home (20 Valley Forge Dr, Washington, IL 61571). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
