She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lackey and Stella Lackey (Blaskovich); and her brother Chuck Lackey. She is survived by: her daughter Caitlin Zant of Madison, WI; and her nieces, Christa Deane of Lake Tahoe, NV and Jenn Lackey of Portland, OR..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Thomas Church, Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or TAPS in Pekin, IL.
