She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Williams and Block Pickens; her spouse Eddie Lee Scott, Sr.; her son Eddie Lee Scott, Jr.; her grandsons, Howard Lee Scott, Jr. and Eddie Lee Scott, II; and her siblings, Jack Pickens, Lawson Pickens, Ruby Phillips and Elma Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Moore of Ft. Pierce, FL, Howard Scott (Stephanie) of Peoria, IL, Roosevelt Scott of Peoria, IL, Willie Scott of Peoria, IL, Richard Scott of Peoria, IL, David Scott of Peoria, IL, Michael Scott of Chicago, IL, Mary Booth, Ruby Scott of Chicago, IL, Ethel Keats, Doris Barnes of Peoria, IL, Jean Scott of Dallas, TX and Denise Scott of Dunlap, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friend.
