She is survived by: her children, Leslie "Trookie" Cockfield (Sharon) of Peoria, IL and Sonya Randall (Patrick) of Peoria, IL; her adoptive children, Gary Tilmon of Peoria, Tannessia Polnitz of Peoria and Frankie Polnitz of Peoria; her stepmother Dorothy Howard of Peoria; her siblings, Charles Howard (Rosie) of Peoria, Howard Johnson of Peoria, Richard Smith of Grand Rapids, MI, Nancy Smith of Grand Rapids, MI and Brenda Bowie of Las Vegas, NV.; her grandchildren, Elijah Cockfield of Peoria, Darneisha Taylor of Peoria, Leslie Cockfield III of Peoria, Tajzhyiana Cockfield of Peoria, Quintez Cockfield of Peoria, Jeremy Rawls of Nashville, TN and Synthia Logan of Nashville, TN; her great grandchildren, NiSaiah Taylor, Amire Thomas, Ramyha Morris, Caleb Morris, Darius Morris, Amari Cockfield, Bailey Rawls, Ryan Ware, Ricky Ware and Chekia Logan; and her children, Gary, Tannessa and Frankie.
