She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Herbert Lelm. She is survived by: her mother Anna Mae; her son Jason Cornwell of Dublin, GA; and her siblings, Marcia Lauber (Steve) of Princeville, IL, Pamela Miller (Craig) of Morton, IL and Michael Lelm (Kathleen) of East Peoria, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her name may be made to Grand Regency of Peoria.
