He was predeceased by: his brother Steven Kirk. He is survived by: his brother James Kirk (Rebecca); his nieces and nephews, Robin Passmore (Matt), Andy Kirk, Matthew Kirk (Brenee), Joe Kirk and Julie Galetti (Tom); and his friend Pam.
