He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Aguilera and Maria DeJesus Aguilera (Alvarez); and his sister Tavita Felix. He is survived by: his friend Curtis Griffin; his children, David Aguilera, Jr. (Melissa) of Refugio, TX, Maria Ricca (Ranee) of Marquette Heights, IL and LaVetta Cummings (Reuben) of Peoria, IL; his siblings, Joel Aguilera of Stryker, OH, Miqueas "Mickey" Aguilera of LaVilla, TX, Marta Felix (Reynaldo) of LaVilla, TX and Esther Montes of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, David III, Emily, Leilah, Connor, Daniel, Aiyana, Aliyah and Andriea Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Kingsley, Rodolfo of Kailani and Gerald "Pollito". He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
