He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Moder and Ruth Kalish Moder; his niece Christine Moder; and his pet Woody (Wayne Woodrow). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Davis; his daughter Dr. Jennifer Moder-Bell (John Bell) of Lebanon, Illinois; his siblings, Ron (Susan) of Westerville, Ohio and Joanne Williams (John) of Howard, Ohio; and his nephews, Dan Moder, Allen Miller (Sherry) and Scott Kravchuk (Jennifer). He is also survived by four nephews and two nieces.
