He is survived by: his children, Lena Banks of Forestville, MD and Theodore "Teddy" Johnson (Teawana); and his siblings, Ernest Banks (Beverly) of Dallas, TX, Jerry Banks (Donna) of Omaha, NE, Annette Baugh of Peoria, IL, Shirley Carlock (Michael) of Omaha, NE and Diane Parker (Marion) of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
