He is survived by: his children, Kyle Mantick (CO) and Kelly Mantick (CO); his wife Debby Mantick (IL); his granddaughter McKinnon Mantick (CO); and his brother Duane Mantick (IN).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (6801 N Allen Rd, Peoria, IL 61614). A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
