He was predeceased by : his son Mark; and his parents, Oscar Peterson and Mary Keirl Peterson. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Parkview Cemetery (2001 N University St, Peoria, IL 61604).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
